설계시 

고려하여야 할 ALC의 물성

1. ALC의 물성


  - 절건 비중 : 0.45~0.55
  
  - 기건 비중 : 0.5~0.6

  - 구조계산중량 : 0.65 ton/㎥(보강철물,몰탈 포함)
 
  - 압축 강도 : 30~40kg/㎠
  
  - 인장 강도 :  5kg/㎠

3. 내화성능

  
- ALC는 무기질재료로 구성된 완전 불연재이며 화재시 유독가스나 유독물질을 배출하지 않는다.
 
   - 두께  100mm 이상의 ALC 벽체는 건축법상으로 인정된 법정 내화구조이다. 
      (건축법 시행령 제 3조 제 3항 : '96. 1. 5 시행)
   

4. 차음성능

  - 차음구조 적용 건축물(건축법 시행령 제 53조)
  
     
공동주택의 각 세대간 경계벽, 학교의 교실, 의료시설의 병실, 숙박시설의 객실 및 기숙사의 침실간 
     칸막이벽은 건설교통부령이 정하는 기준에 의하여 소리를 차단하는데 장애가 되는 부분이 없도록 
     설치하여야 한다.(차음구조로 하여야 한다.)

 - ALC 200mm + 양면 3mm 수지미장 마감은 국립건설시헙소로부터 위의 지정기준 이상의 
    음향투과손실을 인정받아  차음구조 지정고시를 받은 제품이다.(1996. 4. 10)



ALC의 특성



1.공기단축

   
  - 시공속도의 빠름-부재의 단위면적이 크므로 시공속도가 빠르다.
                              1㎡당- ALC BLOCK 4매 소요
                              1㎡당-시멘트벽돌 75매 소요 
  
  - 미장공사의 간소화-블럭의 단위 면적이 크고 줄눈의 두께가 3mm 정도 이므로 마감면이 평활하여 
                                  미장마감이 간소화 된다.

  - 공정의 간소화-ALC 자체의 단열성능으로 인하여 조적공사시 적용되는 공간쌓기 및 단열재의 
                           설치공사가  불필요 하다.

2.실내 유효면적의 증가

  - ALC BLOCK으로 외벽 시공시 조적조 공법과 대비하여 실내 면적이 66mm가 늘어나며, 
     내벽에 적용할 경우에는 20mm의 실내 면적이 늘어난다.

3.열손실 방지로 인한 난방비 절감

  - ALC의 단열성능은 일반콘크리트의 약 10배가 되며, 일반 조적조의 단열재 시공에 비하여 
     열교현상(Heat bridge)이 없이 시공할 수 있으므로 건축물의 열손실 방지에 효과가 크다.

4.통기성

 - ALC는 증기양생과정을 거쳐 구조적으로 안정된 판상구조의 토버모라이트(Tobermorite)결정으로 
    미세한 기포와 모세관 구조에 의해 실내의 습기를 흡수하고 방출하여 흙벽과 같이 실내습도를 
    균형있게 조절하여 주는 기능성 자재이다.

 - 토버모라이트(Tobermorite)구조란?
    석회질과 규산질 원료의 화학반응을 거쳐 형성되는 토버모라이트 구조는 섬유상 조직을 가진
    일종의 미결정 집합체로서 이 구조로 인해 ALC 특유의 물성을 가지게 된다.

5.건물의 자중감소

 - ALC의 구조계산 중량은 500 ~ 650 kgf/㎥으로 시멘트벽돌의 1/3 이므로 고층건물의 중량화로 인한 
    건물의 부동침하 및 크랙(crack)발생을 줄일 수 있다.
